To all those commenting on the top bar; there is one main recording made from (what I assume was) SDCC and the top bar was probably added to balance the positioning of the footage so that it is centered properly. The missing part of the footage does not exist (not because it was cropped out, but because it didn't make it into the video recording), so to see it everyone will have to wait for it to actually air.

The official TV premiere of this episode will be in Canada, Quebec on T?l?-Qu?bec on 3 November 2019.
So for the full HD release, we have to wait a couple of months ^_^
