I honestly love this show, but it really feels like they’re ruining the plot and destroying the characters step by step. ​Take Adrien, for example. I get that he’s been through a lot—his dad passed away and all—but they’ve reduced him to this perpetual, wallowing victim. Cat Noir doesn't even have that reckless, daring spark anymore. Adrien used to be so bold when he was secretly with his friends or just alone with Plagg, but now, even on his own, he’s constantly played off as this helpless figure. They completely wasted his potential and stripped away Cat Noir’s whole identity. ​I also feel like they didn’t lean enough into the darker elements. The early stages were so well done—like when people got akumatized, with the dark purple aura and the Butterfly Miraculous holder. But they just dropped the ball on developing that eerie, manipulative side. ​On top of that, the villains have gotten insanely lazy. Lately, almost every villain’s power is just 'turning everyone in Paris into a copy of themselves.' A figure skater villain? Suddenly the whole city is turned into ice blocks or ice skaters. There’s no real motivation or intelligence behind the bad guys anymore. ​And Marinette has become practically unbearable with the constant lying. She learns her lesson in one episode, and literally in the very next one, she’s back to lying all over again. The way she tries to control Adrien makes it feel like he can't even grow as a person without Marinette showing up and ruining things. I’m all for exploring their relationship, but I wish they still had their own individual lives. They shouldn’t just be 'a couple'—they need to be two distinct people. Now, their entire identities have been erased just to make them lovers. ​Honestly, the show revolves around them way too much. Anytime other characters get screen time, it feels like a breath of fresh air. I know they’re the main leads, but everything shouldn't just be about them as a couple. Marinette used to design things, she had goals and passions... but now? Nothing.

Miraculous Ladybug has been part of my life for 6 years. I’ve been here since I was 10, and this series has been my favorite ever since the first episode. Thank you for creating this masterpiece! As a teenager, this isn’t just a cartoon to me — it reflects the reality about things like our weaknesses as individuals. I truly hope this story gets a wonderful ending, though part of me wishes it could continue forever, even until the end of my life. Lol.

j'aime beaucoup miraculous mais je trouve vraiment que le disign a changer subitement car de la saison 1 à la saison 5 on as eu le temps de s'habituer alors que la d'un saison a l'autre cela change. J'aime bien les dessin mais j'avoue que je préférais ceux d'avant mais j'aime beaucoup quand meme!! et bravo d'avoir crée miraculous ladybug!!
