I believe this Aglae girl is actually Lila, and I have strong claims to support my case. First of all, she literally wears Lila-colored clothes. Her voice sounds very similar to Lila's (I don't know if it's the same voice), and she gets akumatized on the first day of school (like Gabriel, this might be to disguise herself). The most striking part is that when she describes the day she was akumatized, it's quite consistent with the flashback animation style on screen. However, when she describes the events like the Timebreaker freezing her and her going to her room to cry, we see a very fictional, sketchy drawing as a flashback (because she's lying).
