personally I feel like shadybugs thing shouldn't have "fixed them" especially design wise. The damage has already been done to them and their bodies, you can't just undo an amputation. The scars held a story to tell and the writers took that away from them. I also liked their designs from b4 and honestly they erased their entire development and personality, they won't just randomly be nice and cheerful and teasing because they've just suddenly changed. That's something to be developed overtime, and the start of that could've been shown as well
