So I get what Ladybug's trying to do here (saying that only punishing criminals without educating them will only lead to more violence), but Zoe was actively apprehending criminals. While her choice of punishment was wrong, if she had recorded their crimes before stunning them and dropping them off to the police her actions would have fully been justified.
Sam: Public nuisance, fine ranges from €68-450 (roughly $80-530), probably reduced because he's a minor.
Nelson, Ray & Loic: Water pollution (judging by how many bubbles that shampoo created in the Seine), up to 2 years in prison and €75,000 (~$88,400). Since Loic is confirmed to no longer be a minor, he can get the full sentence.
The Theater Thugs: Attempted petty theft (which is charged the same way as actual theft if the criminal is stopped before committing the crime) is up to 3 years in prison and €45,000 (~$53,000).
The Tram Driver: Child Abduction (which is exactly what he did to Max) is usually 5 years in prison and €75,000 (~$88,400).
Both Roth is the only one she went overboard on, even if he could be charged with public insult (up to €12,000/~$14,150). The others were all placed in relatively safe yet appropriately punishing scenarios, while Roth was left hanging on for dear life at the top of the Eiffel Tower. Considering that we never actually saw him get rescued, it's entirely possible in a more realistic show that he could've gotten flung off when Grandiaper threw it into the air, which would've made his passing directly Zoe's fault.

i love miraculous ladybug but in my opinion yall should not call not getting any consequences as justice when they keep doing it and not giving chloe consequences or lessons is the exact result of that and she is still a bad person who probably bullies english kids in london
